RMX WARRANTY POLICY & CRITERIA FOR OEM CLIENTS

Warranty Policy for In House Assembled Cameras (AHD + IP):

  1. The warranty period shall be for 2years.
  2. Warranty shall not cover in burn case.
  3. Warranty shall be repair warranty only, In case any spare part not available the company shall replace the
  4. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for NVR /PTZ /Wireless Device:

  1. The warranty period shall be for 2years.
  2. Warranty shall not cover in burn case.
  3. Warranty shall be repair warranty only, In case any spare part not available the company shall replace the
  4. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for 4G Routers:

  1. The warranty period shall be for
  2. Warranty shall not cover in burn
  3. Warranty shall be repair warranty only, In case any spare part not available the company shall replace the
  4. Warranty period shall be for 6 months in accessories part of 4G router i.e Adaptors, USB cable, Patch Cord. (For replacement accessories must need to send along with otherwise accessories charges 150/- per
  5. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for Wifi & 4G Cameras:

  1. The warranty period shall be for 1
  2. Warranty shall not cover burnt cases and
  3. Warranty shall be repair warranty In case any spare part not available the company shall replace the product.
  4. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on a weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for Poe Switches:

  1. The warranty period shall be for 2 years.
  2. Warranty also covers in burn case of POE board &
  3. warranty shall be repair warranty only.
  4. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for Wireless Devices:

  1. The warranty period shall be for 2 years.
  2. Warranty shall not cover burn case.
  3. Warranty shall be repair warranty only, if any issue is there in any product then Xpia shall repair that
  4. The dispatch of faulty / repair products shall be done on weekly basis or maximum

Warranty Policy for Other Accessories:

  1. The warranty period shall be for 6
  2. Warranty shall not cover burnt cases and water

Note :-

  1. Any kind of replacement warranty only covered with all accessories parts and original new packing of the
  2. Company can refuse any replacement in case of physical damage or physical tampered the product by
  3. Company can revise any of the above policy without prior notice, all rights reserved by the
  4. Warranty grace period will 30days / 1months over & above from the date of
