Please ship the product to the address we provide to you in our email and according to our instructions. It is imperative not to ship any return items without receiving approval as any products shipped without permission will not be accepted for return. You may not get items shipped before approval returned to you as the ship-from address on our packages is sometimes different from where they must be returned.

You are advised to ship your item with a trackable method, and you will be personally responsible for the return shipping costs. Depending on the reason for your return, we may be able to offer a prepaid shipping label. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

We strongly advise all customers to check goods/items thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

1. We dispatched all order via Speed Post, Courier and Cargo.
2. To see where your order is in the delivery process please use your Track and Trace number sent in your order dispatch confirmation email.
3. Please provide a correct delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery.
4. A signature is required for your delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
5. While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 3 – 10 business days for delivery. Rural and some non-connectivity residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.
6. If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you of this as soon as we can. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.

Delivery Charges & Terms: –

We’re pleased to offer nationwide delivery at a nominal rate on all orders.

We delivered shipments to outside India. All foreign orders will be dispatched as per the shipping company tariff (freight rate) chart.

And we are delivering for the foreign clients as per item weight and volume weight. We will assure you for a reasonable price of courier charges via Aramex, DHL, Fed EX and EPS.

COD Charges:-

Now we do not offer COD options for any other locality or city.
