RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All products are available for sale by Kathiriya’s online store, sealed new, and are covered by our product mention warranty as per product description. If you receive an item which you are unable to get functioning properly, or damage due to transport you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 10 days from the day it is delivered. Return can be issued within 30 days for a defective/damaged item if insisted with received damage product get back to us. Damage product will be delivering by customer with his expanse. However, we always request that you give us the opportunity to make things right in the event of a defective item. Just email or give us a call and we will help you resolve any issue. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of your final package. To be eligible for a return you must:

  1. Return the item in the same condition that it was received in
  2. Have the item shipped with all parts and its original packaging
  3. Follow all instructions provided to you by customer service.
  4. The customer needs to raise an alert with us within 2 days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
  5. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or items not ordered by you, please contact our customer care number (+91-8595519770) and email id info@rmxcctv.in, info@kathiriyas.in ,
  6. In case the product is defective or damaged then the Kathiriya’s online store – Our team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product as per our return policy.
  7. In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the shipping address of the order.
  8. The customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.
  9. If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.
  10. All the Refunds, Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our office.
  11. We will take bank transaction charge 2% + GST 18% only refunds payment.
